Success Planning – 10 Steps to Success

Over the past few years, as part of my personal and professional development, I have been extremely fortunate to study the work of and work with some wonderful people in the field of goal setting, goal achievement and success planning. I would like to present you with 10 steps to success, these all appear in some guise in the models and works of those people. In forthcoming posts, we will explore each of those in a little more detail in a “Success Planning – 10 Steps to Success” series

10 Steps to Success

  • Goals – well formed and specific goals, that contribute to the attainment of the vision
  • Motivation – your driving force to action, the reason why you wish to pursue the goals & vision
  • Belief – your confidence that you can accomplish your goals

  • Getting help from others – may come in many forms, for example, key skills, specialist knowledge, support
